Fabrication of Moulds

The related moulds are made by mould engineers to fit for several decades of lighter parts on the basis of design diagram of designer.The moulds have many styles, consisting of punching metal die, injection die, cast die and imprinting die according to their shape and the performance of components.

Each mould accomplish only one shaping function of one component, therefore, many metal moulds are required for a lighter.
